RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  RETURNS:TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:
• The customer must create an opening video of the parcel.
• Within 48 hours of receving the parcel,the customer must notify us.
• your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  ​The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  REFUNDS:
• ​Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
  IF YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED:
•  we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or bank account within 5-7 business days.
